COSTUME DESIGN
ABOUT
Chelsea Graham is a Los Angeles–based costume designer working across film, television, commercials, and music videos. After earning her BFA in Design from the University of Victoria, she began her career in Toronto, where she built a diverse foundation in both independent filmmaking and large-scale studio productions. Her early work includes assisting on major franchise series such as The Umbrella Academy, Twisted Metal Season 2, and Accused, as well as contributing to studio features including Until Dawn and The Craft.
Chelsea most recently costume designed the highly anticipated sequel to the breakout horror film In a Violent Nature for IFC/Shudder. Her additional design credits include Deathstalker, The Camp Host, Kill Victoria, and the feature comedy The End of Sex, which premiered at TIFF and earned her a CAFTCAD nomination for Best Costume Design.
Drawn to projects that blend genre, character, and world-building, Chelsea approaches costume design through research, iterative sketching, and hands-on construction. She thrives in close collaboration with directors, producers, and production designers to create visually expressive costumes that deepen story and performance.
She is a member of IATSE Local 873 (Toronto) and the Costume Designers Guild, IATSE Local 892 (Los Angeles). Chelsea is represented by Melanie Callahan at Above Below The Line.
